At Nature Tech Solutions LLC, we aim to ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find our detailed shipping policies.

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or special product launches.

2. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship Kratom-containing products to the following U.S. states and counties due to local regulations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin

  • Counties/Cities: Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS), Ascension (LA), Franklin (LA), Rapides (LA)

Orders containing restricted products will be canceled and refunded.

3. Domestic Shipping Options We offer several shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking and Delivery Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages Nature Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

Refund and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase.

1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned with all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

2. How to Initiate a Return To begin the return process, email us at support@naturetechsolutions.com. We will provide return instructions and shipping information.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

5. Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
